RICEKAKES'S BLOG ENTRY
MAJOR PROBLEMS
Okay so I posted last about post competition blues and now I have even greater problems, I have lost my appetite. For most women it does not sound so bad, for me I am so scared of losing all the muscle I have worked so hard to gain. I just hate food. I literally drink maybe 2 protein shakes a day, an apple, some ricecakes and that is about it, REALLY BAD! I am obviously weak at the gym and feeling like poop! My fiance is in off season (super heavy) and I cook all his food. So in my house there are ready made meals that I prepare with turkey breast, chicken, pasta, sweet potatoes, etc. All cooked healthy and right there for me to eat but I just can't eat it. I was always hungry and looking at the clock for 3 hours to pass so I could eat again. Does anyone have any suggestions or experienced this?

After a few weeks of eating like this I became very sick. Every time I ate anything I would get diarrhea. Went to the doctor to find out that I was becoming anorexic. Who me, yeah right!! I had never been overweight and never worried about my weight. I just wasn't hungry. He put me on a soup diet at first, then I got to add baked potatoes and then later meat when my stomach could handle it again. My stomach really hurt at first beacause I had shrank it from not being able to hold on to the food longer.
You may want to see a doctor if your symptoms continue. Be sure to eat every couple of hours and force yourself if you have too. Stay healthy and fit. You are worth it!!
