Ok, I don't know if I have allergies or a cold. I've never had allergies before, but everyone tells me that now that I live in Knoxville it's worse than anywhere else. Anyhow, I'm not enjoying it with headaches, runny nose, itchy ears, nose, and eyes, and a sore throat :-( I've still been working out and seem to be doing ok, but hopefully this goes away so I can work a little harder!
