SUPER WEEK
So this was a good week. I really stayed focused with my workouts and diet. I've been eating a lot of canned tuna, chicken breast, turkey, and fresh veges. As for my workouts I've been focusing on a 3 day split that is legs, chest/back, and arms. I throw abs in there a few days a week as well. As for cardio, I've been doing a lot of running (especially intervals) as well as the elliptical and step mill (which kicks butt, but definitely works the legs and glutes). I'm really hoping to reach my goal of 14-15% bodyfat by mid-June!
On the business side, I'm finally getting ready to launch my outdoor fitness bootcamp at the end of this month so I hope all goes well. It will be a fun and challenging class and I do enjoy the group dynamic, which is a change from one-on-one training.
On the personal side, I've been dating this awesome guy that has been motivating me and encouraging me to eat well and workout! It really makes a difference when your significant other is not pushing bad habits your way. We also share tons of workout/diet ideas since we are both trainers...what more could you ask for?!
Ok, everyone have a wonderful weekend! As for me...Lots of work to do.
