Sorry, I have not posted in awhile, but life has been rather crazy. I recently had to move again (long story) which really put me behind and once again I have not been as active as I want to be. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things again, so for next week I hope to post my progress as well as a journal of what I've been eating.
As for good news, this Saturday I will be holding a demo at the Knoxville Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. It should be a good time with lots of people!
