10 WEEKS TO GO
I have 10 weeks to go until my competition. I'm getting rather excited! I found a designer to do my suit at a decent price, ordered my Jana Tana, and sent in my registration finally. I borrowed some figure books and DVD's from a friend and I'm attempting to perfect my posing. My roommate laughs at me when I walk around in my big, clear heels, especially since he's shorter than me anyhow, but I've got to get used to walking in them.
As for training, I'm getting used to training all the time and realize I'm becoming more obsessed. I love the workouts and I feel great when I get a good one in, and horrible when I don't. I'm still trying to fit in all the cardio. It can be difficult when you run a business, but I'm doing the best I can. I just have had to give up much of my social life lately (not just for the time issue but to avoid the food temptations!)
I'm also loving the compliments I'm getting on how lean I look, especially my arms. So I know all this hard work is doing something!
I'm confident I will do well. I will keep you all updated.

It can be hard giving up the social life and such, but when it come down to it, it's all worth it. And as the times go, things will get better and you'll work things out! Keep it up
