MY NEWEST SPLIT
i'm off the 1000 rep abs... cutting it down by about half, but i clearly have to work on strengthening my lower abs and loosening my hip flexors.
so here I am, with a workout split that lets me work on strength and endurance. (hopefully) throws me off with a very varied routine.
2 set of everything
on heavy days : 1 set = 6-9 reps (idea is to go all out on the weight)
on light days : 1 set = 10 - 15 reps
Day 1(heavy) & day 4(light)
