MY NEW AMBITION
Hey everyone!
I am in a new online competition, and hoping to get votes from the ripped academy folks...
It is for a new fitness DVD, the winner will receive the production of their very own fitness DVD!!!!
I am so excited, I really want to make a DVD focusing on resistance training, since we all know how crucial it is in achieving that hard body that everyone seems to want these days!
I would like to design a workout without the foo foo exercises~ just a hardcore workout with the basics that everyone can find time to do.

You just have to register (takes about 30 secs!) and every email has the ability to vote up to 15 times per day!
Could use as much help as possible! There are a couple good ones out, and I am super excited about moving into round two, so if you could vote everyday for the next week then I will be sure to win this week!!!
