I've also just tried regular zinc, not ZMA, just plain zinc also to help promote strength gain. The results have been the same, nothing.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had any luck with either of these or has any recommendations for a sup that will help boost my GH/Testostrone and promote muscle gain and fat loss.
