Im in the gym between 5-6am. As the prep gets closer, you can find me in there as early as 330am....yikes! I get so antsy that my sleep gets interupted.

I do cardio at 7:30am and then workout at 7pm when I get off work, both weight training and then cardio. This will change once I change jobs. My best though is about 3pm.
