For past 6 weeks I have started a new style of lifting that has taken me to the next level in improvements in my physique.
I have not been counting sets or reps just going by listening to my body and focusing on the mind-body connection that I have always relied on in the past. I rarely go to failure now and have been growing consistently for past month or so.
Never thought I would do ten sets of incline press at 27.5 lbs WEW! This really does bring out the instinct feeling in you and thats what I love so much about this style of training.
