i'm a mid.lbs competitor and i've competed in several shows but i just havent nailed my timing just yet,most of the time i come in pretty dry but flat in then when its time to pump up i can't get a pump and i'm not as vascular anymore i know what work for one might not work for another but i would like to get some info from some people who compete and that have a method thats worked for them. thanks
