hey guys im training for a marathon and run around 10-12 miles every other day. i just finished my jar of optimum whey protein which i take after my runs. i actually have stopped lifting because i wanted to concentrate more on my running. i was just wondering if there was something else i could use for a post cardio drink that would be more benficial to my running than whey protein. or is whey protein the best supplement to take after long runs?
