I'm not going to lie, some of the pull-up workouts they did were intense! I couldn't do them..

these are awesome! boiling bodybuilding down to it's most basic level - hard work, doing what you can with what you got - no high-tech machines, expensive supps, or hyper-analysis. I love it!

i still don't get it how they do the push-up while they're in a pull up position...that's crazy:)

haha this is good stuff. i gotta say ive seen the running man before, not sure if my man invented it or not. either way, that exercise is no joke.
how can you increase the reps of pullups??
i can do 5x5...with a 1 min break..
or 12 in a row...that's it... 2nd set would be already over at 5 reps...
so i'm really stuck in the rep range...

practice, patience, and consistency. just keep doing them. try doing them a lil slower, or faster, or add a pause at the top or bottom to work out the muscles differently.

i read somewhere that to get into US Navy Seals you should be able to do 6 Pull ups ... its kinda bench mark for fitness there.
So now my sets get stuck on the 7th rep :) I guess in my mind i have this that after 6 I am good enough as a Navy Seal just 1 more and then baadaaaammmmm!!! i come down panting :)

Add some weight and do less reps, or take longer breaks and your second set should increase.. Try getting a spot or put your legs on a chair to get the muscles stronger..
