Hey everyone, not a huge expert on this topic. But a friend of mine is fighting in the 155lb class this comming weekend, and needs to weight 155 or 156 friday night. He is currently 163-164. I told him to space out his meals n keep the carbs very low, or none at all for the next few days. Any ideas from anyone on here? I know that this can be kinda dangerous espically if he becomes dehydrated, so I don't wanna give him any wrong advice! lol, he was gonna hit the sauna thur or fri too....??????
