What's your favorite breakfast? Mine seems to be warm oat bran and chocolate Hydro Whey. I never seem to get tired of either one.

my fav is egg sandwich on low carb style bread made with eggbeaters low fat cheese and salsa with grilled fish and grilled onions on the side yummy!
this sounds off but I've been eating dry 1 cup of dry oatmeal and a few raisens with a protein shake and an apple for like 7 or 8 years now. I'm soo used to it that if I change it up I feel weird so I guess that makes it my fav. If I had to go to IHOP I'd get a stack of buckwheat pancakes and 6 eggs scrambled with a tall cold glass of OJ

4 eggs and 4 slices uncured bacon most everyday. Once in a while I swap out the bacon for ham or steak but I always have eggs.
1 cup oats, 1 pinch cinnamon, 4 packs splenda, 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 pinch dutch chocolate cocoa powder, 1 banana sliced over top. Every morning, amazing!
1/2 C oats, 4 egg whites, 1/2 C raspberries, cinnamon, a few toasted sliced almonds. Blend in magic bullet, cook slowly in sprayed pan. Along with a sm. vanilla ON Pro Complex shake.
