i use about a half of a medium one (or smaller) a day. is this too much of a good thing?

yeah my fats otherwise are fine...but i've got to keep my calories up for now because i'm breastfeeding...i'm at 1800 cals a day. ...i'll probaby cut back a little on the avacado but keep it in my diet daily. i love it on my turkey wraps. yum.
