"Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But, to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength."
I have got to try that Korjer haha, sounds great but id probably eat mine with froot loops or trix (favorite choices hahah). typically i drink a shake (pro complex) or make a shake with whey and a little gatorade. just depends, sometimes due to time constraints i find myself eating tuna out of the can just so im getting to eat something while on the go. hahah.
Two scoops of protein, a medium sized bagel or three slices of white bread and two tablespoons of jelly.
2 scoops of protein mix (whey & casein), Gatorade mix with Creatine, BCAA, N.O. Glutamine.
Meal is either fish or chicken with vegetables.

Just curious Biggie...why the casein immediately post workout? Seems to me that's not a time to be slowing down absorption of anything. Also, NO post workout? I have only heard of using that pre-workout?
Good question Jerry, I was wonder'n the same thing...haven't take'n any NO product for a while, but what are the benefits of take'n it Post Workout?

I've seen a difference in size & strength with adding casein with whey. For N.O., I do it for pre & post.
The whey and casein combo goes against everything I have ever seen work, but like everything else if it works for ya have at it. The NO post workout I just can't see though...I know of no science that would support there being a benefit here. If anyone knows why this might be a good idea I would really love to hear it.
Jerry, why do u question whey & casein mix? I put N.O. in my shakes & i get results. Thats all that matters, right?
I went to high school with a guy that was nuts...before every football game he used to hit himself in the head with a brick (absolutely true). He said it made him play better. Sure enough, he was one of our best players but I am thinking it had very little to do with the brick.
I think he was ask'n biggie cause maybe we were missing something? It goes against everything I've ever heard of too....I've always heard that you want the fastest digesting protein possible to start repair'n muscles asap after a hard train'n session, and casein isn't one of them...it's the slowest digesting protein there is. We are here to learn from eachother biggie is all, calm down bro...We can all learn something new from one another each n every day, I know I do. And as far as the NO goes, it doesn't get absorbed well with protein, it lessen's the effect...it should be on an empty tummy..

Well said, Jeremy. All in the spirit of education. I think it would be more effective to use arginine at other times of the day and leave the NO for pre workout. You don't need all the other ingredients like the caffeine post workout. Of course at 50 bucks a tub, or whatever it costs, your supplement supplier probably loves you using it post workout!
His thick skull wasn't exactly the point...maybe he played well in spite of the head pounding, not because of it. Maybe you are having results in spite of the protein mix and not because of it. Maybe if you just used the whey instead your progress would be even better. That's all I was trying to say :)
Well Korjer & Jerry, I've read in magazines saying try a whey/casein mix after workout. I tried it out & over a period of time, I got more size & strength with that combo then one of them by itself.
Well there ya go...see I learned something today too then, maybe I will try it! Thanks Biggie

Amen Jeremy. I had already learned one thing today, now it's two...that means I can be a dumb ass all day tomorrow.
I gotta read more magazines...I miss out on a lot of stuff like that.
Good call, Biggie.
