I've seen this in numerous magazine that suggest you drink 20 grams of whey as soon as you wake up in the morning on your lifting days. Supposedly, this will give you an immediate source of aminos that your body will put right to use.
One of the reason I'm posting this is to see what everyone thinks. And, if the results are favorable, it will give the unknowing an idea of something new to try.
