I voted for "heavy weight", but I agree with what Brad said too. Besides the added joint wear-and-tear, heavy weights start to become predictable (meaning that your system starts to adapt to this type of training after awhile). For this reason, I like to mix-in some moderate/light weight training days every few workouts. The
