I'm an endomorph so what I do as of working out, I use heavy weight for 8-12 reps. Cardio: 30-45 mins long using HIIT way. 6-8 small meals. I just work hard on build my body & I'm shedding fat away too.

My midsection is an endomorph but the rest of me is an ectomorth. :-) Seriously though, if I could just keep my diet clean I could get those abs to show. Maybe some day.
I'm definatley an endomorph with a lil meso cuz i build muscle a lil faster then the average endomorph, but i gain fat just as easy as an endomorph too so i try to keep my diet as clean as possible

i am a meso /endo more meso but have some characteristics of endo. i gain weight and look round very easy but i get ripped just as easy i can get fat in a few wekks and i can go from being totaly out of shape to big at a low bf% within a month. i would say for bodybuilding i got lucky as i have the best qualities of all of them
I got between endo and meso. I had an overweight problem as a child but working out and getting into football helped. Now I can tend to stay at a good weight as long as I workout and eat right.
Pain is weakness leaving the body, that doesn't always apply to weightlifting however.
