I take Vassive-NO pre workout, Gaspari SizeOn during and a blend of WMS and ON BCAA + CE post-workout, 30 minutes later I follow up with a ON Whey shake.
WHAT DO YOU DRINK WHILE LIFTING
Pre workout- Vassive NO along with a scp. of BCAA's and 5 grams of CEE. If I need a pick me up, I like Speed Stack, or some Thermo Cuts (just 2)...I also take in about 15 grams of L- Glutamine pre workout to...Seems to help with recovery
Post workout- Vassice CE then 1 scp. Pro Complex w/ 2 scp. Recovery 2-1-1, plus another scp. of BCAA's and 15 grams more of L-Glutamine...
I just started using ON's new Threshold pre workout to, and notice that I have alot more endurance during my workouts. I have been doing higher reps cause, now they seem easier than before. For Example on the Barbell incline press, I did 275lbs for 20 reps. I have never done that before and I cant think of anything I have done differently than in the past. Supplement or otherwise...So I really think there is something to this Threshold stuff...

holy crap... i pretty much only drink nuclear garbage or mostly water during my workouts. Am I hurting myself by not using all of the different supps? Or would I just notice bigger gains if I did? After reading this i feel like I should be taking something before or during.

Jason - I trained for a long time without drinking anything during and I saw decent results. It's just within the last few months I started drinking supps during. I am seeing better results - but that is probably due to a number of different factors (new program, higher calories, diff. supps). I think you can get enhanced results with a good carb or protein drink - but IMHO don't feel like it's a necessity.

cycle 2 (current): ready for this?
MOUNTAIN DEW during! (NOT diet :)
(protein, waximaize, BCAAs after)
Yep - trying this out for the caffeine for energy and the high carbs for the anabolic effect.

LOL...jer, why dont you whip it up in a blender then take it in an IV during your training. You could get one of those poles with wheels they hang the IV bag on and drag it around the gym with you.
There is no such thing as overtraining...just under-eating and under-resting.
