Ill be 40 May 25 09. Ive been training for 15 years now but I feel as if I have been stradling the fence the last few years. Yo Yo progress I mean. In the last 6 weeks I started full body training in the form of 15 cardio 15 weights 15 cardio. Get it. This was great in the beginning I mean my body loved it. Lost minimal weight but I also increased protein intake to 150grams, gained muscle and got stronger. Ive progressed to the point I have to split now. I do Chest ,Tric and 3 miles cardio treadmill or road. Next day back, 3 miles. get it. Rest on the next 2 days. Start over.
What are you doing at 40?
With my renewed motivation I have wrist and elbow joint pains. Any ideas?
