Hey guys, I'm starting the Turn up the Heat workout found on p. 170 of the Jan 08 issue of Muscle & Fitness.
It involves a lot of cardio and a lot of hardcore hittin the weights! It's a 5 week program and I'm gonna try to keep up with it in my blog. Wish me luck!
