take the threshold before your workout like you had originaly planned Bogey, you want beta-alanine as high as possible in your system before you hit that iron, so it can scavange as much ammonia as possible DURING intense training! with the threshold, take one serving first thing in the morning and the second serving about 30 pre workout. if you workout in the morning just take the second dose later in the evening.
take the vassive-NO before workout also, they are both two different compounds that have totally two different reactions in the body, so take them both preworkout, if your going to take something during your workout sip on some BCAA's mixed with some crystal light or something.
