TANNING
I'd love a tan but there's no way I'd subject my skin to the kind of damage the sun causes. Skin will age quicker and look really poor as you get older.
There's also no chance of getting a spray on tan as I consider this too metrosexual for even me.

I admit I hit the tanning booth 1-2 times a week, prolly not the best for my skin....but least I don't go every day like some people....here's a question I always wondered pm or anyone? Do u get the same vit d benefits from the tanning bed??????

well being that I live in Sunny San Diego and less then 5 minutes from the beach, im usually at the beach at least 2x a week during the summer...

wow pm good info....guess I'd rather have wrinkle'e skin when I get older than cancer....look out tan'n bed, here I come! jk, I am gonna keep tan'n once or twice a week though

my tan actually came from many years of playing sports but i maintain it with the beach :D

OK I live in the interior of Alaska, Yes we do get 23 hours of daylight in the summer and we can get a tan then. But with winter being very cold, (we still can get tanned and even sun burned outside in winter) we use tanning beds. I like to just have a bit of color and also it makes me feel better during our long winter months.
