I worked chest and shoulders today, and everything felt fine until about 5 minutes ago. I was putting away laundry, and when stretching some shorts open (so the draw string pulls in) I felt a sudden sharp pain in my left shoulder.
I can do push ups on it, but if I make any sudden movement, upward, or outward I get that sharp pain again. Is this just muscular fatigue or did something happen? It hasn't been sore or felt like this all day, just as of five minutes ago.
