All to often I'll read where someone has hit a plateu or they haven't changed their routine in months. I know this isn't the cure all, but from what I've seen, allot of us lifters tend to neglect the mass rep/lower weight aspect of lifting. By no means am I an expert on this topic, but I have had succes in switching things up. For anyone who has been in a rut for a little while, don't forget to change up your routine and look at what this artcile has to say about the benifits of doing mass reps with lower weights:
