This is a multi facet question.
What I'm trying to get at is when do you eat your cheat or refeed meals, on training days or off days. Before workouts or after. Morning or night?
But I guess the layers of this question would go, first, do you have cheat meals, or are they more of a refeed meal/day? Next, when.
I know many of you may switch when or which you chose but I'm just curious as to what you all do.
I usually have a refeed day, usually including a slight cheat meal, either Saturday or Sunday, which are not training days. And my cheat meal usually comes at night, which I believe is probably the worst time for it. haha.
