This is a process that works for everybody not just a select few because you think your body works differently.Everyones body will benefit from eating the right amount, of certain carbs with protein.Like Simple carbs in the AM,with help boost the Bcaa's(Amino-acid muscle building blocks)in your system.Some complex carbs in the mid day(like after an intense workout) will also be a huge benefit to your muscle building process.I know some people think they are different but we are all the same when it comes to this process of diet.You will get bigger from this process if done right.Now correct me if i'm wrong,but isn't that every bobybuilders goal???I'm not talking about staying lean because your diet isn't so good,I'm saying that if you eat the right carbs with your protein at certain meals of the day you WILL gain huge amounts of muscle mass.I'm not saying eat carbs all day long,like at night say after 7 or 8 PM.Some believe that eating like this(the right carbs protein and big amounts of food)Is better than taking Steriods.That should get you talking....I can see your faces right now.lol.lol.Look there has been some question on food and bcaa's and a few other things on the forum lately,I just thought that some of you would like to now haw to maximize your protein consumption or even how to make those Bcaa's work better for you with food.meaning certain carbs like simple sugar ones, or complex,was just saying that if you eat alot of protein which we all do,that depleating your carb intake is not a good idea because you think it will help you get ripped.Don't we want to have alot of muscle first to ripp?
