Hey i found a recipe for protein pancakes and wanted to see if this would be good for post workout along with a shake.
Ingredients
3/4 c uncooked oats
3 egg whites
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/4 t vanilla
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t splenda brown sugar
1 scoop ON whey protein powder
2/3 c frozen raspberries
1 pkt splenda sugar substitute
Directions
Put oats, eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder in a blender. On a lightly coated griddle, put 1/3 c batter and fry individual cakes. In a microwave safe bowl, put berries and splenda and nuke for 1 min. Stir and put 1/2 syrup mixture on 2 pancakes for a serving. 2 servings.
