I've been doing cardio again for the past few weeks to get ready for another shoot. I have been doing the following supplement stack right before my morning session with great results.
1 tbs of liquid L-carnitine, L-carnitine 500 tabs (2), Complete diet boost (2), 1 scoop of Vassive EA8, 1 scoop of BCAA powder.
I tell you what, I have lots of good energy, I'm maintaining all of my muscle, and I'm not getting tired during my session. I would highly recommend this supp stack for any serious athlete dieting down for a show or photo shoot.
