I thought i was, until i developed a PROPER mass gain diet/meal plan. Then I was able to add on 1-2 pounds every week, no problem.

3500-4000 calorie intake of proper foods every day! I'm 135 and feel like a fatty lol! I am def a hardgainer, but I have put on 30 pounds of hard earned mass in a year and a half, so I can't complain.

Yes, I am a skinny/fat, a body type that chews up muscle as well as fat and it is SO HARD to build quality size! But I'm dealing with it and after years of trial and error I've found that lots of activity plus lots of food equals results for me :)

Same here beefcake...If I start to put on any weight at all I start to get squishy...I can't find the right combo that works for me!!!!!!!!! I need help find'n the RIGHT way to put on quality muscle...I used to be 228 in highschool, and pudge-e all my youth. So now I'm afraid to "pack on the size" cause I'm scared I'll get chubby again! But thats why I guess I've looked the same for the past 3 years now...I wish I could find someone who could figure out what will best work for my bodytype and I would follow it to the T!!!!!! So anyone with any suggestions on that perfect "guru" should let me know!

I agree with you Korjer. As soon as i got off my diet....here comes those pudgy love handles. Its so depressing!! I have been doing this on my own for long enough! lol. Send your "guru" my way! ;)
Its time for quality muscle without the evil pudginess.

I can relate.. Liftings the easy part. Getting all them calories in is the hardest part. Even so, I just can't seem to move up the scale. Time to start eating BIG.

for me I learned that if your a hard gainer you need to EAT and get your ass to the gym. supplements are great but are only a small part. I've noticed with increasing age it's getting easier to add weight. so if your DISCIPLINED and PATIENT you'll get the job done.
one trick that's helped me is grinding up oats and adding them to my protein shakes.

Its really hard for me to gain weight without the getting the extra fat.
So im doing good by weighing the same and seeing an increase in muscle and decrease in fat.
