Hey Marty I do take Opti Men; they are multi vitamin caps.. no clue about the Universal's Animal Pack.. i guess u should compare the nutritional facts

I take 3 a day each n every day, 1 with breakfast, one with lunch, n one before bed with my last meal. Animal paks are good, but I think they go a little overboard with their ingredients....
Some define themselves by their education or their career...Others define themselves by their salaries and material acquisitions...but whatever it is, I choose to define myself by my passions

Korj hit it right on the head..and yeah animal pak can be intense but i love it
