Okay so I just mixed up a nightime shake with ON's 100% Casein... I used:
-1 scoop vanilla
-2 ice cubes
-8 oz 1% milk
-some berries
-teaspoon creatine & glutamine each
...the weird thing was that it got really thick, real fast...My blender almost froze up because the blade couldn't run through it. I had to eat the shake with a spoon (it was still really good & tasty though)... my question is why did it thicken so fast like this? When I use 100% whey instead of the casein, this doesn't happen.
