I am not one that likes oatmeal, I actually HATE it. However, I found this on Hungrygirl.com and thought I would try it. OMG WAS SOO GOOD!!! So it sounds sorta funky but as we all know, we will try anything for a differnt way to eat the same stuff.
So here goes!!
1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
1/3 cup oats- I have used both quick and old fashioned-
1/4 cup of berries (or mashed bananna)
2 packs splenda.
1 tsp of baking soda or pancake mix-this helps it rise.
1 egg white
Mike all together in a bowl, and pour into a heated skillet. flip a few times and your done.

PS, this site I found has a BUNCH of really healthy "subitutes" for full fat foods. I recommend checking it out :-)
