I was hoping I would never reach this point but it has, over the last month or so I have had zero motivation, i've been stressed out over different things and it's taken a toll on my diet and lately my workout, lately if my workout partner can't lift on a certain day I can't muster up the motivation to go, this is haunting to me because before this past month or so I have never missed a workout.
Luckily both my jobs involve physical labor so I haven't lost any size but I'm nowhere close to where I would like to be BF% wise.
Any help would be greatly appreciated especially diet wise.
