I have been receiving many emails asking me about my diet, workout and daily routine, therefore I decided to post what my normal day looks like when I'm not on the road. If there are any questions, please feel free to ask on the open forum and I will do my best to answer them.
• I wake up around 6AM head down to the kitchen where my coffee is done. I grab a cup and while I wait to let it cool down I weigh out 15 grams of glutamine and mix it with water and drink it. Then I add one scoop of ON Gold standard 100% whey Vanilla ice cream to my cup coffee. I sit down and watch the news for about 20 minuets. I jump on my bike and do about 20 minutes of cardio while watching the TV.
• It’s around 7:00 AM when I finish up and that is when I take a shower. Around 7:30/ 8:00 I start making my breakfast which is very easy to prepare. 1 cup oatmeal and add 1.5 oz. of raisins and when it's cool I also add 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed oil. I also drink 1 serving of Pro Complex and a few times a week I will add about a half cup of Lactose free milk. I finish eating around 8:30 AM I take my vitamins and minerals. Then it’s on my way to the gym to meet my first client at 9:00AM.
• At 11:00AM I have my second meal of the day, 8 oz. chicken, 2 cups rice and one piece fruit (I like apples). I stay working at the gym till 1:30 then I head back home.
• At 2:00PM I have my third meal, 8 oz. flank steak, 8 oz. potato, 1 scoop of 100% protein and one glass of ice tea. I work from my home office on some diets.
• At 4:30PM it’s time for meal number 4, 8 oz. chicken, 1 cup rice, 1 scoop of 100% protein and 1 cup broccoli. I head back to the gym so I can work out and on my way there I take one serving of Vassive-NO. I start working out around 5:30PM and most of the time I get done in less than an hour and then immediately after the workout session ends I mix one bottle of cold carbo force with one packet of Vassive-CE and drink it. Man, that stuff is so refreshing :).
• I take a quick shower, eat my 5Th meal, 1 serving of Pro Complex, 8 oz. baked potato. I head to the hospital where I work on taking care of any client’s diet, consultation and paper work. I only work part time there so I'm out of there by 9:15 PM. I get home and make my last meal of the day 6 eggs whites, a half cup of oatmeal and 2 scoops Casein protein. I watch some TV work on the computer and I head to bed around 11:00/ 11:30 PM. Just before bed I take 15 more grams of glutamine mixed with a large glass of Crystal light.
That is really all what I do, I can't tell you anything more because that will be too much information :) until next time, I will be here to answers any questions any of you have.

One might argue that oats in your 2nd-to-last meal is counter-productive, and the lack of casein protein in your very last meal is interesting.
Well thats why he's a pro, It must be work'n for him

he has casein in his last meal, 2 scoops what he says. i think that is plenty to sustain over night?

Yeah, thats what I thought too Mc...Plus have'n slow digest'n carbs like oats along with his protein is gonna do nuth'n but good for him, espically when ur talk'n about 250lbs of pure muscle! His body's gonna soak up and use just about anything he feeds it!

Well let me say first off that I consider the "last meal" to be the one right before your head hits the pillow, i.e. the one that should include casein. If he eats the meal with casein at 9:15pm and he doesn't get another source of protein until 6:15am, that's 9 hours that his body is without caloric intake, possibly (eventually) inducing a catabolic state.
It just makes more sense to me to eat the casein with his 11/11:30pm 'just before bed' intake of glutamine.
As for the oats in the 'last meal,' if it works for you that's great. From my experience and others' comments, no matter what phase you're in, late-day carbs reduce the efficiency of your bulk/off-season.

I usually have my last meal of cottage cheese about 10-15 minutes before bed but i have found 5 minutes before works a lot better. :)

Gizmonel, unless that was sarcasm, the 10 minutes should not make a difference in the inducement of a catabolic effect over the course of a night.
He said he gets off work at 9:15, so by the time he gets home and prepares everything it is 9:45 at the earliest. Ingestion of casein results in elevated amino levels in the blood (protection against catabolism) for up to 8 hours, so he is only subject to muscle breakdown for 30 minutes at most.
I agree Oatsandwhey. :) just find my stomach settles quicker if i don't wait too long between eating my cheese then going to bed. :)

and im sure with a guy like George at that weight even an hour of insufficient A.A.'s or protein is not gonna do much to him, although its not preferred but theres not much you can do about it unless your waking up in the middle of the night to get in another shake or taking more casein.
