Hey RA,
I've learned to tune out music (and all sound) while I work out, and I really think it helps me focus on getting the job done. I learned to do this when I was swimming competitively, and now I think it helps me a lot. When I have music in headphones I might FEEL cooler, but I'm not focusing 100% on the rep. I actually LIKE having some music in the background speakers so I HAVE something to tune out if that makes any sense. Am I the only one like this?? I'd like to start a poll but I don't know how to lol Whats better for you? Loud music in your head or quiet focus?
