sounds like the breakfast of a champion brad! I workout first thing in the morning on an empty tummy (not cause I want too....but have to cause of work) I usually take BCAA's and beta alanine before my workout, and a waximaize shake right after..bout 8:30, maybe I should start have'n Brad's meal about an hour after my shake at work ?!?!? or....get up an hour earlier and have a meal like that before my workout ?!?!?!
