We all have heard its the accumulation of calories we eat throughout the day that matters most.
Does it really matter what size meal you eat before bed? Assuming its non starchy/grainy and contains trace carbs from the source does it matter the size? Or the quality?
Reason i ask this is because my body lately has been wanting me to feed it a good sized meal first thing in morning then another good sized meal 1-2 hours before bed time but the difference is my pre-bed meal is mostly dairy non starch.
my biggest meals are breakfast and pre-bed.
