I'm interested to know how you approach each cycle? Do you change up your program/routine when you transition to your cut cycle or do you keep the same but just change things on the nutrition/cardio side? Which works best for you?
When I transition to a cut cycle, I usually keep the same program I used during my mass cycle (as long as it was effective) to keep the weights heavy and maintain muscle (as much as possible). From there, I alter my nutrition strategy and add a.m. and post-workout cardio. (more details on my recent blog.)
