M & F pretty much
"The plates on each side of the bar...they keep us stable, like bookends...this our life, and another chapter is about to unfold"
is it actually possible for everyone to look like a guy from the m&f magazine...they're never as huge as cutler, wolf or dexter... but they're still pretty big...
i mean becoming as big as they are on a "clean" way... no hormones, no roids..

I'm an avid reader of muscular development, but I just don't think I'd ever want to possess that type of physique, nor could I without some serious chemical aids. As far as a publication I feel Muscle and Fitness has fallen off, but that is more along the lines of the physique I strive for. Ideally a Zane esque physique is my overall goal.
Every man's life ends the same way. It is only the details of how he lived and how he died that distinguish one man from another.
Nelson magazine, :)
I look at magazines for inspiration and motivation to better my fitness level through the mind-body connection.
I do like the men and especially the women :) from Fitness RX and Muscle & Fitness although I am starting to like the content in Flex.
