LEGS THREE TIMES A WEEK
This question seems to come up between others and myself. How often should one train legs per week.
My current workout is as follows:
Mon-Legs-Abs-Cardio
Tues-Chest-Shoulders-Cardio
Wed-Arms-Cardio
Thurs-Back-Cardio
Fri-Legs-Abs-Cardio
Sat-Cardio
Sun-Cardio
Come Wednesday my legs feel normal. They are ready to go. I personally think if you can do it why not. But like I said some people argue this.
Should you just listen to your body? Should you keep it strictly to two days at most?

2 at the absolute most.....Actually once is plenty if ur hit'n them hard enuff...the only time I would do them twice is if I was break'n them up...hams one day, quads on another.

i think it all comes down to your own body. if your body recuperates that fast, you can do 3 times a week. but if you do that, dont keep the volume too high (too many sets) or you may overtrain.

1 or 2 for me. If I did more I wouldnt have the willpower, let alone the energy, to work anything else out.

I'm going with once. I need alot of time to recover from my leg days, which are pretty much Squat days now.

My plan calls for legs to be worked once a week for 3 weeks then twice a week on the fourth week then it goes back to once a week for another 3 weeks and so on.

my legs are typically still killing me on thursdays and i always train them on mondays so definetly couldnt train them twice a week oooooooooowwwwwww!
Training legs more then once a week is not a problem for me if I mix up the intensity or back off from cardio a bit.

I say listen to your body.. But also depends on time and how often you work other parts, etc. But I'd say one or two tops.
I would say once, twice at the most if you're taking enough days in between but I'd caution that

What I think is amusing is that everyone seems to think there is some magical number.
I think it comes down to listening to your body. If you feel recovered from the last leg workout, why not work your legs out again.

my opinion, is that if you are able to work your legs more then twice a week, you may not be working them hard enough to begin with. I know it takes my legs a few days to recover from my workout. I wouldn't recover properly if I went three days. Unless it was different part each time (ex. quads/hams/calves).

I legs twice a week. On Wednesday, I do legs and on saturday, I just touch them up. 2 sets for 20-50 reps.
OMG legs more then once a week? i would be crazy to try and would feel so over trained...i only do legs once a week but hit calves 2x a week.

Hah...maybe I just need a workout partner so I can beat the crap out of them once a week and be done with it.
