We all have exercises that we dread, but we do them anyway because we know that they're essential to building the physiques that we strive for.

I love lunges, deadlifts are not exicitng for me at all. Maybe because I'm pretty tall but I just hate doing them.

Deadlifts hurt something on me everytime I do them! No matter how light, great from, etc....Something gets pulled or stretched the wrong way!

I love deads and lunges, Prob power cleans as they IMO are the most taxing on the body. Did them in college when I played football, now i just do hang cleans

im gonna have to say squats becaus they always did bug my traps so i cant use to much weight and i've tried almost everything to avoid this.

I can not do lunges! Need to work on my balance as i go BOOM! :)

My choice for BB Bench Press will probably surprise everyone because that's one of the most common exercises for both bodybuilders and the guys who bench and curl until they're blue in the face, lol. But the thing is...I'm a pretty small guy, so I can't use that much weight. And of course you know just about everyone will judge you on how many plates are on the bar -_-. And unlike most people and that includes most of my friends, I focus more on developing each part of my chest in proportion to one another, not squeezing out 3 reps of a heavy weight with terrible form on bench, then telling everyone you know about it. I like Dumbbell presses better anyway =]
I'm surprised so many of you don't like lunges. I don't really enjoy doing them that much, but your legs always get nice and sore afterwards. At least you know you did something right.

i love lunges, deadlifts, squats, bench presses, and just about everythnig u can think of. but i HATE pullovers >:/

my legs have responded very well with lunges, but i hate it.

Don't ever let anyone judge u by how much weight u lift....if they do, they just don't get it or understand. I have never been that strong at all danny...but u know what? I don't care...I go to failure and train like there is no tomorrow, even if it is do'n curls with just the olympic bar, or squats with 135lbs. Mind and muscle concentration my friend! Keep up the good work danny!
