I was really draggin’ last night and almost convinced myself to skip my workout. Luckily, I didn’t; it was one of the best workouts that I’ve had in several weeks. Once I got to the gym, a second-wind (or maybe it was the Speed Stack) kicked in and I was pushing my body through the paces with greater-than-expected ease.
When was the last time that you had a great workout?
LAST GREAT WORKOUT
mine was incredible today, i forced down some no explode and did arms, got the workout done in 30 minutes because I did a bunch of supersetted bi and tri exercises, and my pump was amazing
it seems like the workouts you dread or ant looking forward to turn out to be amazing. it seems like if you go into tired or unmotivated, you have lower expectations, then when you really nail it it feels awesome.
Damn those injuries! I've been out of the gym since mid August and can't seem to ever get healthy enough to put a foot into the gym. Hopefully my physical therapist will give me some good news next week.

PM,
Those Speed Stack second winds really come in handy! Getting over that mental or physical fatigue road block often leads to a great workout. Awesome dedication bro!

My last great workout was chest and biceps on Tuesday. I think Thursday's workout will be even better since its leg day.
It always seems that I get the best workouts when I REALLY don't want to lift.
I do not run like someone running aimlessly, I do not fight like a boxer beating air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave... (Corinthians 10:27)
Mine was actually Tuesday but you didn't have that option lol so i thought yesterday was closest.
"The plates on each side of the bar...they keep us stable, like bookends...this our life, and another chapter is about to unfold"
Yesterday for me. I did really well on all my lifts, especially Incline Press and Deadlift.
Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing. You determine your own level of involvement.
It's a maze[ing].

I'm on my week off so last week I had a great workout. But for most of us, anytime we go to the gym, it's a great workout.
