Hi guys & girls,
16 months ago, i used to weigh a staggering 275 lbs. Now,i weigh 186 lbs. even though, i'm satisfied with my present weight, i have no probs, b'coz i know that if i can keep working out the way i did it for the last 16 months,then i can definitely burn more and get that dream v-shaped body some day with that trim waistline.
But, the problem is that, ever since i lost so much fat and water from my body, i have plenty of loose skin dangling in front of my lower abdomen, my hips and inner thighs. i dont have any idea on how to get rid of it. So i request you all to help me in giving some tips or other workouts on how get rid of that loose skin which once stored plenty of fat in my body. Please......
