I swear I have one under my belly fat (and there's not a lot of fat there!). There really isn't a lot of fat covering my abs, and the top 4 ab muscles are pretty much visible. What more can I do?
How many carbs/fat/calories should I be taking in?
Are there some good ab exercises, or should I keep doing the one's I've been doing maybe more often, longer duration, or what?
This is my goal for the year. Next year might be another body part, but for this year, it's the abs!
