HOW OFTEN DO YOU EAT BEEF

I red (sp) an article that suggested minimining the amount of beef you eat and to eat more chicken, turkey and fish.

So, how often do you eat beef?

Rarely do I eat beef. The only time I eat beef is when I go to Costco and get AAA steaks and that's not often. Also if I were to eat beef more frequently I would get organic.

If beef fits your daily meal plan by all means eat it! Great creatine source.

My family has beef a few times a week. We mix it up with chicken, fish, and beef. We always get lean cuts though.

Id say between two to three times a week...gotta keep a variety with my protein sources.

2-3 times a week, even though I think I'm gonna up that to 5-6 times a week...just about every big bodybuilder I've ever spoke with says that beef is a daily protein in their diet..

Not a big fan of deer...well the deer I've had anyway, real game-e taste'n...maybe I had a bad first experience or something..

Deer meat isn't for everyone. It depends allot about what that deer has been eating, how the meat has been processed, is it during the rut (deer's time of the year to hang out with the lady deer - this isn't the best time to eat male deer as they have allot of hormones pumping which effects the waythe meat tastes) and where the deer came from. Texas deer meat tastes completely different from deer meat I've had in PA. Its because of what they eat. Texas doesn't have the nuts, berries, farm corn like other states. Instead, the Texas deer eat allot of cactus, supplemented (man-made) feed, twigs and so on. What a deer eats is the biggest factor in how its going to taste.

i believe the zinc found in red meat helps with the production of testosterone, along with the amino acid profile meat has, its great for mass building. bodybuilders have been eating it for decades, and its for good reason.

I eat steak once a week!! I wish it was more of a filet instead of flank!!
