Solid food is a great for any bodybuilder but for the one that are looking to take things to another level, then protein shakes are a must. Help you take advantage absorbing the right amounts of nutrients at the right time. For example, taking a scoop of pro complex or any isolated whey protein that you like upon rising or immediately after your workout sessions, will do your muscles a huge deal by keeping things in a positive nitrogen state, helping you stop catabolism at bay and helping you grow. Now you might say what about if I eat an egg or a piece chicken steak etc... isn’t that going to do the same?
