How many protein shakes do you have a day?
Ever since I started getting serious about my weight training early this February 2008, I have been drinking my shakes 4 times a day on training days. Thats one right when I wake up, one before I work out, one for post-workout, and another one for a mid lunch-dinner filler so I don't go hungry before dinner.
That's 4 times a day.
I've read many conflicting reports, some say that what ever your body doesn't use, the body will expel the excess protein and b vitamins through urine, while others say that if you get to much, the body will convert the protein into sugar than fat.
What do you believe is true? How much is too much?

You have to start lifting that weight before you even touch it. If you picture yourself doing it, then you can do it.
